Kollect's implementation methodology is highly scalable and has a proven track record of success with large Enterprise customers.
  • Ongoing Training & Education
    Kollect offers substantial training, both during implementation and post-going live. Training is comprehensive and includes in-person classes, labs as well as on-the-job training via on-site training support.
  • World Class Customer Support: In order to ensure maximum adoption and results, Kollect provides global support for end users and technical staff. Service Level Agreements are developed to best service customer requirements.

Software Deployment & Project Implementation Services

Kollect's proven implementation methodology has successfully serviced large scale Enterprise customers seeking to improve their Revenue Collection, Enforcement and Debt Recovery processes. Kollect's Consulting Services team has deployed the Kollect software solution within 4-6 months for typical standard implementations. Kollect's approach to systems implementation includes assisting our customers from Requirements Definition through Go-Live and Post-Implementation support phases. Following are high level phases with milestones of the implementation:

  • Planning and Project Management - This phase includes all activities associated with creating and refining a project plan, as well as establishment of a project office for the ongoing management of project activities, deliverables and schedules.
  • Requirements Definition and Analysis - During this phase, technical and functional requirements are gathered and analyzed relative to the Kollect solution. Gaps are noted, analyzed and resolutions identified.
  • Configuration and Customization, Design, Build and Test - During this phase the application is configured and customizations designed, built and tested. In short, the solution is completely built and tested to the client's specifications and made ready to be tested by client representatives.
  • Implementation & Roll-out - This phase includes the activities associated with user acceptance testing of the solution, training of users and migration of the solution to the production environment.

Training & Education

Kollect is committed to delivering value by ensuring that users are properly trained and supported during and after the implementation of the solutions. The following types of training courses are available to Kollect customers:

  • End User Training
    This course is designed for all Primary users of the Kollect application. Through a combination of lecture, labs and case study students will gain practical hands-on experience working with the Kollect solutions.
  • Super User Training
    This is designed for all Super Users of the Kollect application. This course focuses on Administrator Privileges (configuration of Preferences and Security Settings) in the system.
  • System Administrator Training
    This class is designed for Kollect clients that wish to learn more about the functionality, design and tasks of administering the Kollect application As an Kollect Administrator, one will be called upon to perform many tasks ranging from application maintenance to adding and updating user information.

Customer Support

Kollect provides extensive post going-live support for all its solution implementations. Kollect understands the need for end-users to be highly efficient when using the Kollect application. In order to maintain a high level of operational efficiency for your Kollect solution, we provide many different support options for our customers. Kollect's Customer Support Team is dedicated to answering and resolving any and all issues that come up during the regular usage of our solutions. Our customers can report any issues they have via any of the following methods:

Kollect Customer Support has the capability to provide 24x7 global support. As part of the implementation, Kollect develops appropriate Service Level Agreements with customers.
